Wonderful room and bed, large bathroom, friendly staff, excellent breakfast variety, convenient location near station.

Everything was spot on.

We loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the train station. The hotel's proximity to the Metro station made getting around the city a breeze. Being near Termini meant easy access to all the main attractions. The breakfast provided met all our needs, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were elegantly decorated with a charming historic feel, especially with the red carpet near the window. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the basic amenities provided to the friendly staff. The location was perfect, conveniently close to the Termini station, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel provided excellent amenities such as well-working air conditioning, minibar, safety box, and free WiFi. The daily room cleaning and cleanliness were top-notch. The breakfast spread at the sister hotel, Hotel Birgitta, included tasty options like eggs, bacon, cheese, and sweet croissants. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from Termini station, and there were plenty of shops for souvenirs, food, and coffee nearby.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

Location is great, few minutes to Termini station that can get you anywhere. Room is spacious and very clean, bed is comfortable. Clean bathroom.

Scary dirty old elevator and flight of stairs before reaching room in the different building than the main hotel. Breakfast so simple and start only at 7 so if you go on early tour trips you have to get your own outside. No socket for 220v and not so nice receptionist. Also double charged my credit card and has not refunded to date!

As a solo traveler, I loved the convenient location within walking distance of the train station. The metro station right outside the hotel was a major plus. The daily towel exchange and clean room were greatly appreciated.

The room is quite big, the breakfast is good and tasty. Close to Termini Station and to Metro Station.

Wi-fi is not free and costs 5 eur/3 hours, the carpet floor in the room was not in ideal condition. No own restaurant.

The room was not soundproof, which made for loud nights. The elevator was old and small, making it difficult to fit luggage.

Really nice room, with space to move around, top of the range bathroom, nice furniture, comfortable bed...

Internet access was pay by the hour, and had to be purchased at reception, which is quite a walk from my room... annoying and expensive (5 € for 3 hours, non consecutive though).
